Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website https://slotsgallery-aussie.com (the "Site") and your use of the services offered under the brand "Slots Gallery" / "Slots Gallery". Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age for gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher, to open an Account and use the Services.

Account Security and User Obligations

  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication details confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
  • Responsibility for use: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised them. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Prohibited activities: You may not use the Site or your Account for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, collusion, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or chargeback fraud.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  • Game rules: Each game available on the Site is subject to its own rules, paytables, and specific conditions as displayed in the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
  • Random outcomes: Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and/or the rules set by the game provider. While some providers (e.g., BGaming) may hold RNG certifications (such as from iTech Labs), such certification is general and not specific to Slots Gallery or slotsgallery-aussie.com.
  • Time of placement: A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted by our servers and appears in your game history or transaction log.

Types of Bets and Limits

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game may define its own minimum and maximum Bet sizes. You must respect the limits displayed in the game or otherwise communicated on the Site.
  • Currency: The default Account currency and any additional supported currencies or crypto-assets (if offered) will be displayed in the cashier interface. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by our Payment Processors or banking partners.
  • Bonus-related limits: Bets placed using Bonus funds may be subject to additional maximum bet limits as specified in promotional terms. Exceeding such limits may result in forfeiture of Bonuses and associated winnings.

Acceptance, Cancellation, and Modification of Bets

  • Finality of bets: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems, it cannot normally be cancelled or modified by the Player.
  • Operator's right to void: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to void, adjust, or refuse any Bet where:
    • an obvious error (including technical or typographical error) occurred in the displayed odds, game configuration, or result;
    • a game malfunction or system failure has impacted the outcome or recording of the Bet;
    • the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms or Bonus conditions, or in contravention of applicable law.
  • Refunds on void bets: Where a Bet is voided by us, the original stake will generally be returned to your Account balance, except where we are permitted to withhold funds in cases of fraud or unlawful conduct.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards other Players, dealers, and support staff. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • No promotion or solicitation: You may not use chat or other communication tools on the Site to advertise, solicit, or promote any third-party products, services, or competing gambling sites.
  • Anti-fraud rules: Collusion with other Players, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated systems, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional nature: Bonuses and promotions are discretionary benefits offered by the Operator. We may introduce, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by Players.
  • Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion (including welcome Bonuses, reload Bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, and VIP rewards) may be governed by specific terms published on the Site. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail over these general Bonus Terms.

  • Irregular play: The following may be treated as Bonus abuse or irregular play:

    • placing low-risk or zero-risk Bets (for example, betting on both red and black in roulette);

  • Consequences: In cases of Bonus abuse, we may, at our discretion, remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, close Accounts, and/or restrict future eligibility for promotions.

Combining Promotions

  • No stacking: Unless expressly allowed, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. Attempting to combine promotions may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
  • Order of use: Real-money funds are generally used before Bonus funds, unless otherwise specified in the promotion details. The order in which funds are used may affect the status of wagering requirements and any withdrawal restrictions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Conditions

Withdrawals

Fees, Chargebacks, and Refunds

  • Withdrawal fees: We reserve the right to charge reasonable processing fees for withdrawals, particularly in cases of repeated withdrawal requests without a corresponding level of gameplay (for example, where the Site is used primarily as a payment gateway).
  • Chargebacks: In case of chargebacks, payment disputes, or transaction reversals initiated by you, we may:

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

We will investigate credible reports of malfunction or unfairness and take appropriate remedial action where substantiated.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • No warranty: The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Technical failures: We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from:

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: We may amend, update, or replace these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, licensing requirements, security practices, or our business operations.
  • Notification: Where changes are material, we will provide notice by reasonable means, such as:
    • posting an updated version of the Terms on the Site with a revised effective date; and/or

Termination & Suspension

  • Termination by you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, we may require you to withdraw any eligible real-money balance, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.
  • Suspension or termination by us: We may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict access to the Site, and/or withhold funds where:
    • you breach these Terms or any applicable promotional rules;
    • you provide false or misleading information or fail KYC or AML checks;
